Shipping policy

Orders will be fulfilled within 2-7 days and shipping will be as stated when you choose your shipping method. Please add the fulfillment time to your expected shipping time in order to have an accurate date range for expected delivery.

If your order has taken over 30 days to reach you, please reach out to us by email at: thejustsayheyteam@gmail.com We will find out where your order is and make sure it is on its way. In the instance of orders taking 45 days or more, we may issue a refund or other remedies at our sole discretion. Much of this depends on if you have tracking info on your order or not. Please ensure you choose the option that has tracking, just to be safe.
